Sitting Room

The sitting room and dining room are open plan. The sitting room has French doors leading to the large balcony and large leather sofas, two of which are reclining. There are also two chairs with footstools. An open fire (with insert) and walnut ceiling adds character to this room. There is a Freesat TV and large selection of DVDs and Hamleys board games.

Dining Room

The dining room seats eight guests. There is a small book library and numerous Hamleys board games, local maps and tourist leaflets, umbrellas, picnic rugs and rucksacks.

The farmhouse original bread oven links the dining room to the kitchen.

Kitchen

Fitted with oak units, cream Rangemaster stove with electric double oven and five ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. An Italian glass table offers dining for four. The oak dresser provides plenty of storage space. This room has a window overlooking the pool area.

The kitchen opens through French doors onto a partly covered terrace with Weber gas and charcoal BBQ’s and large dining tables with seating for 16. From this terrace you can enjoy the views over the pool area and garden.
