Location

The farmhouse is situated on the edge of a hamlet, with south facing views over Chateau Vigiers golf course, woodlands and vineyards. It is a 5 minute walk from Razac-de-Saussginac, a small village which has its own working wine Chateaux, church and Mairie.

The local region consists of arable farms, vineyards and woodland. It is a beautiful area and can be described as a cross between the Cotswolds and Tuscany, with gently rolling hills, sunflowers and cypress trees.

The house is surrounded by a network of single track lanes which lend themselves to cycling and walking.

The nearest town is St Foy-a-Grande, a 7 minute drive to the north, on the Dordogne river.

Bordeaux is 60 minutes and Bergerac is 20 minutes, for excellent shopping and wine tasting
