One acre Orchard Garden on the same level as the swimming pool

Meadow land with small fruit trees and a super size trampoline with steps and enclosure.

This garden is bordered on one side by a wooded slope and the golf course and on the other by a mature laurel hedge and extends from the drive and pool area.

Very large Lower Garden 

This garden has a lovely seating area in the shade of  large oak trees and guests can enjoy beautiful views over the golf course and down the valley. Enjoy a game of table tennis here or relax in the luxury swinging hammocks.

Pool Area

The pool area has a tiled terrace around the pool, a decked area covered in artificial grass for sunbathing and dining areas. Weber gas and charcoal BBQ’s are located here also. This super area has great views over plum orchards, woodlands, vines and the golf course.

For Our Younger Guests

Conveniently located near the kitchen is a Wendy House, see-saw and sandpit with sand toys as well as a play area.

Farmhouse Balcony

The large balcony has a retractable sun shade and is a lovely area to sit at any time of the day, with a choice of relaxing on the swing seat or around the dining table.

It catches the sun from early morning until late afternoon and the glass balustrade ensures guests can enjoy the wonderful views.

The Barn Terrace

A super area leading from the open plan ground floor. The large jacuzzi is here together with a table and chairs for 4 and a large Day Bed. The glass balastrade means guests can really make the most of the views.
