The property is available all year with four pricing seasons;

Low - November to March - from £100 per night

Mid - April, May and October - from £600 per week

High - June and September - from £600 per week

Peak - July and August - from £1000 per week

We do not impose any significant restrictions on our guests with one notable exceptions; no smoking is allowed within the villa, but you are free to smoke under the two covered terraces.
