La Grange Sud is a large, luxurious French farmhouse, situated in a beautiful area of the Western Dordogne overlooking the fairways of the prestigious golf course Chateau des Vigiers. It is near St Foy La Grande, Bergerac, Duras and Eymet.
The villa is full of charm and character, with oak beams and doors and original stone walls, yet modernised to the highest standards with extensive facilities.

The Property
The villa has grounds of approximately 1.5 acres. The partly covered tiled terrace is perfect for BBQs and 'al fresco' dining or simply enjoying the views.
This luxury villa in the Dordogne, is built of local stone which has the advantage of being cool during the hot summers.
Location of Villa
The villa is situated in the Dordogne, South West France, one hour east of Bordeaux. It overlooks the golf course at Chateau des Vigiers, one of the best golf resorts in France. The nearest large town is Ste Foy La Grande and Bergerac in only twenty minutes north east of the property.
