The villa is situated on the
side of a gentle hill with south facing views over the Chateau des Vigiers golf
course and is surrounded by rolling
countryside and vineyards. It is close to
the small hamlet of Razac-de-Sassignac, which has its own wine Chateau, church and
Mairie. It also has a small sports ground with a basketball net,
volleyball net and football pitch. The nearest large town of Ste-Foy-La
Grande is 6km and has all the amenities expected of a
French market town.
